5. User Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. DatePalast.com reserves the right but is not obligated to monitor disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or content posted by users. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the previous 12 months.

10. Refunds

Refunds may be issued within 72 hours of the first subscription if no service has been used. Other refund requests are subject to individual review.

11. Copyright Policy

We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. Repeat infringers will have access terminated. If you believe content infringes your rights, please contact us with proof.

12. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and DatePalast.com. Changes will be communicated via the site.
